Hazardous Evaluate is a effective measure improving the level of industrial safety management, the efficient measure of technology of accident defend, and the systems engineering involving things are extensive and complicated. In this paper, with the theoretical knowledge of existing method of hazardous evaluating, modern safe management, safe systems engineering, theory of probability, theory of database, science of computer etc, we set up the knowledge information Database, such as major hazardous installation, model of industrial heat disaster and damage, safety management, the reliability of stuff, situation evaluating of hazardous installations etc.In this paper, utilizing visual programming theory of computer, adopting powerful developing function of the popular developing tool: Delphi and data operate function of structure query language SQL, have developed the programmer that is a friendly Hazardous evaluate management information system, and its function is easy, natural, beautiful interface, and steady running.Taking advantage of Delphi language writes the particle system of OpenGL that constructs the natural simulating scene of flame burning, and present a progress of flame burning.Finally, we developed a management information system that can evaluate intrinsic hazard and practical hazard of hazardous installations and divide rank of hazard. This system can finish the evaluating of hazardous installations and provide decision-making of decision-maker.
