The text relates to the development and synthesis of new kind diesel fuel low-temperature flow improver, which is composed of the following parts: ⑴Six kinds of alkyl methacrylate are synthesized, which are units of the DFI polymers. The optimal experiment conditions are studied, the structures are identified by thin-layer chromatography﹑IR spectroscopy and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and the amount of product is over 90%, which satisfied the request of the next polymerization;⑵ Glass capillary gas chromatography is used in the quantity analysis of alkyl methacrylate with alkyl carbon number 12﹑14﹑16 and 18 for the first time. The glass capillary column is OV-1701(25×0.33mm), detector is flame imization detector, and the internal standard is dodecyl alcohol;⑶ On the base of above experiment, five series of polymers are produced by using methyl acrylate, acrylonitrile, maleic anhydride, hexadecyl amine and octadecyl amine s raw materials. The polymer structure is tested by IR spectroscopy and Wu Shi viscosity testing, the conversion of product reached almost 100%. The method has advantage in short step, high conversion, low cost and great benefit;⑷ According to the results of the cold filter plugging point test, it is conclude that the impressibility of DFI to fuel is not only connected with the alkyl side chain and the polarity group of medicine oneself, but also the component, technology and directions for producing of fuel and so on. For increasing the oil dissolving property and dispersion of DFI, various surface active agent are used in different proportion with every kind of polymer together, that developed a series of DFI;⑸ The help function of DFI are further evaluated. The improver is applied to the diesel fuel of Dalian Petrochemisty Filiale, produced by crude oil from Daqing as raw material. CFPP of the 0#diesel fuel is lowered by 3 to 5℃. Compared with the present using DFI in our country and the results of reports, the developing comes to an international advanced level, and is placed in the lead level in our country now.
