In this paper, we described the newly non-ionic surfactant, alkyl polyglycosides , which is prepared, property and application. APG is prepared by starch or glucose and fat mellow. APG has excellent performance in same kind surfactant, such as decreased surface tension obviously, plentiful foam and consistent, better decontamination ability, innocuity, no thrill, best match with other active sentence, sterilize and increased biology active. By contrast to surfactant in the globe, we had found that APG has largely application foreground. By contrast to synthetic process, we had selected the two steps way to prepared APG. Although, there some research and application of APG in some country and area, we had innovation on the base of them. We had prepared APG, which was not only used glucose as materials, but potato or corn starch. We had firstly used the Oleaster starch as material. We had explored the synthetic technics of APG. Though our probed into synthetic technics of APG. We had attained the optimized reaction temperature, optimized reaction dosage and optimized reaction time. Though selected catalyze, we had selected plant acid and opposite toluene sulphur acid as a catalyze system. This catalyze system had increased the APG quality. We had optimized reactions conditions. Though test the synthetic APG property including decreased surface tension, CMC and HLB, which is more excellent than the other surfactants, such as LAS, AEO and AES. We had researched in application of APG, which is applied in detergent and display best performance in washing. The APG is good material, which was searched by people to adapt to lower temperature and concentrate detergent industry. We had get the experiment data for middle test in factory, we will do it later.
