| Environment pollution caused by SO2 is becoming more and more serious with the development of economy and society. Controlling the letting of SO2 is urgent. Electric power industry, especial the huge coal combustion power plant, develops very quickly. So environment protection of electric power industry is serious. It can be seen that pollution in China mainly caused by coal combustion. The main contamination is SO2 and dust. Now dust has been effective controlled by the installed of ESP. The first problem now is to solve the emission of SO2 in the environment pollution of the electric power industry. Economy of all kinds of desulfurization technology in many contries is analysed in this thesis, with the use of high sulphur content coal in Liyan Power Plant, an effective project is made for the Liyan Power Plant.First energy development and the advanced desulfurization technology are introduced in this thesis. Then design of Liyan Power Plant and its character in its option, such as coal, water, equipment, original design, geography and ecology etc., are introduced. A project that suits the dusulfurization of the 135MW unit in the Liyan Power Plant is made after carefully analysis and contrast. Feasibility, economy, social benefit, use of desulfurized waste is demonstrated sufficiency. Expenditure , efficiency and effect to the last flue is emphasized. At last material way to use it is dissertated.Content of this thesis refer to the DCFB-FGD technology. Characteristic of the technology is cheap, lower energy consuming, dry product, simple technology, small area, lower option cost. So this technology suit the desulfurization 135MW unit in the Liyan Power Plant with the characteristic of compact of compact collocation, small space, low running cost removing and the removing of heavy metal and so on. With the use of the desulfurization in the Liyan Power Plant, environment can be mending. It can direct the desulfurizing work of the similar unit and devote to the desulfurizing project. |
