| With the reinforcement of the global safety and environmental conservation consciousness increasingly, the requirement of people to the fire security and the product flame retardant is becoming more and more elevatory, the sought object of people is halogenless , light concentration smoky and light toxic environmental conservation flame retardant.Phosphate flame retardant just about accord with development trend, we research the synthesis of resorcinol bis(diphenyl phosphate), hydroquinone bis(diphenyl phosphate) and 4,4 -Sulfonyldiphenol phosphate oligomer,and do application research to resorcinol phosphate oligomer.Resorcinol phosphate oligomer: In this paper, a synthesis method for flame retardant resorcin phosphate from phenol, resorcin and phosphous oxychloride was reported, The effect factors of mole ratio , temperature and catalyst were studied. The best reaction condition was established. The molar ratio of phosphous oxychloride and resorcin was 2.2:1; The first step reaction temperature was 60℃, The reaction time was 6h, The second step reaction temperature was 130℃. The reaction time was 8h; AlCl3 was the best catalyst, Its dosage was 2% of the reactant total of the first step. The yield reached 90%.On the base of reference bibliography, flame retardance property for resorcinol phosphate oligomer tested in different plastic products were made. The result shows it is a good flame retardant. The material can reach the UL-94-V-0 level. |
