Jade Water, Lead And Zinc Tailings As A Cement Raw Material

With reduction of the mineral resources of the earth and the enhancement of constant people's environmental awareness, and also together with the development of science and technology, more and more people are paying attention to utilize the tail mineral, many countries put a large amount of manpower and materials into promoting the research of comprehensive utilize the tailing extensively. Cement enterprice plays an important role in Meizhou, On the basis of analysing about various kinds of application study on pros and cons, combining the characteristic of Meizhou, this paper has taken the research direction to substitute tailing for the cement of some production of the raw material.Analyzing on the research of Yushui, Meizhou sulphur copper mine lead zinc tail mineral and the chemical composition of the local raw material and fule. and also on its basis of carrying on the design of matching on cement,.this paper analyze the chemical composition and ratio rate of the grog which was burned by the matching adjusting raw material to meet the quality level of slag cement. The experimental result declares that it's available to substitute the local Yushui sulphur copper mine lead zinc tail mineral for parts of some production of the raw material,which is very important for the continuous development of Meizhou mineral and cement industry.
