Cnc Milling Machine Feed Drive System Intelligent Design Research

Numerical control machine tools play an important role in nowaday manufacturing. However, the design capability of numerical control machine tool in our country is not so good. Although the causation is various, the main reason is that the methods of design is poor in our country, so that the quality and efficiency of design can not be improved rapidly . Therefore, the study on the design of the numerical control machine tools is necessary.In this paper, we integrate the design method of the numerical controljnachine tool withthe advanced computer technology. Our study focuses on the feed system of numerical control milling machine. Base on the conventional methods of machine tool design, we make the process of design intelligentize, so that it can elimilate the human error in the design and improve the quality and efficiency of the design.In this paper, an expert system has been built up and many data about some typical numerical control milling machines have been extracted, which will be helpful to the design. Based on the expert system, we can get more exact consult wich can be used to the design process, the design is executed by the computer automatically. Thereby, the design processes can be intelligentize.The content of this study include of the computer programming about theoretical calculation, the design of expert system, and the software development of the intelligent design system.After this study, we have realized the anticipate purpose. We have completed the antetype of the intelligent design system, and we have achieved the method of intelligent design.
