The process of aluminium electrolysis will produce harmful exhausted gas in a large amount, this kind of gas is detrimental to health seriously, pollute atmospheric and soil, and destroy the ecological environment. In recent years, the government recommends green economy and strengthens the management of the environmental pollution. But be driven of the economic benefits, some small aluminum smelters neglect the decontamination of the exhausted gas. According to process of the aluminium electrolysis and combines the producer's actual conditions, this thesis develops the control system of exhausted gas decontamination. It can resolve the problem of the environmental pollution, and reclaim some kinds of materials.Based on the background of a newly-built small-scale aluminium smelting enterprise, the thesis designs a purification control system of exhausted gas with S7-300 PLC. In line with the energy-conserving thinking of environmental protection, this system presses the technological process, and strains to top management room system, bag room pulse control, pressure difference detection system, arrange cigarette machine control system and alumina amount of material shot existing problem of control system, the system designs the corresponding control subsystem, and describes briefly other subsystems at the same time. The thesis stresses the application of VFVS in the large-scale air blower.This thesis discusses fuzzy control such as intellectual technology of controlling deeply and expounds the fact emphatically that the rule controls the application in the rotational speed of the exhauster is controlled of algorithm from the self-adaptation of revising fuzzily. The paper explains the design philosophy and the realization of the software and the hardware in the control system. Considering the characteristics of the exhausted gas purification craft, the thesis proves anti-interference measure of control system.The feasibility of the system this thesis develops is fully verified in the field, the system have reached the index of designing. The communication between systems is reliable, and has good performance. Itoffers the abundant guarantee for putting into production of the factory.
