With the accelerated development of China's economy and urbanization industrialization,air pollution has become a very serious problem that threatens the health of Chinese people,and environmental governance is imminent.Coal-fired power plants are the major emitters of atmospheric pollutants.The emission standards have been highly valued by the state,and more stringent standards have been promulgated.The efficient and clean development of coal-fired power is imperative.Therefore,the desulfurization and dedusting effects of power plants have attracted much attention.It is also urgent to carry out ultra-low emission modification of power plants that are not up to standard.In such an environment,it is of great significance to research and optimize the dust removal and desulfurization control systems of power plants.Based on the system equipment of Shijiazhuang Liangcun Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies the automatic control system of dust removal and desulfurization of 300 MW thermal power plant.The dust removal system takes PLC as the control core,completes the hardware configuration and communication connection of the PLC controller,and optimizes the dust removal system with optimization software to improve the dust removal efficiency.Then the wet desulfurization process is used for flue gas desulfurization.The distributed control system(DCS)centralized control of desulfurization,and finally completed the performance test and efficiency test of the electric dedusting system and the desulfurization system.The results show that the net flue gas discharged from the electric dedusting system and the desulfurization system can meet the emission standards and the dust removal and desulfurization efficiency is very high.At the same time,it can reliably and economically operate under the premise of ensuring that the unit meets the nationally prescribed emission standards,reducing the operating cost of the enterprise.And can also provide reference for dust removal and desulfurization design of the same type of unit.
