Along with the city size's continuous expansion, population's increase and modern industry's rapid development, the problem of environment is increasingly coming into prominence, people attach more importance to the development of environment protect enterprise. Thereinto, municipal sewage treatment industry makes a critical role. Municipal sewage is one of the important reasons of water pollution, which restricts society's sustainable development. Presently, sewage treatment production process is characterized of severe random disturbance, strong non linearity, time-variant properties and severe lag, critical output water quality parameters can not be detected on-line, high cost of municipal sewage treatment is created. At the same time, the level of production management need to be improved, there exists the phenomenon that the production process control system is separated from the management information system, the absence of exact, timely originality data. The data information of sewage treatment can not provide guidance to production control process. Aiming at these instances, the thesis studies the application of soft-measuring technology for sewage treatment based on neural network and develops the production management information system under the financial support of Kunming fifth sewage treatment plant.The thesis can be divided into two parts, one is the study of sewage treatment soft-measuring application technology, the other is the development of production management information system. The first part adopts the municipal sewage treatment as study phenomenon, soft-measuring technology as basic method, gives abroad and detailed analysis discussion for advanced neural network soft-measuring method. On this basis, the way to create soft-measuring model based on BP improved neural network is put forward. The soft-measuring model is created by secondary development on MATLAB6.5 neural network toolbox, the actual sewage quality result is forecasted by the model. The result forecasted makes it clear that to creating soft-measuring model by BP neural network is doable and the model is reasonable. The second part adopts the production management of sewage treatment plant as study phenomenon. The management information system onnetwork is built in allusion to the data disposal. The information degree of production management and the work efficiency of employee are enhanced.Based on the above-mentioned discussion, the thesis develops Web net page by adopting ASP.NET technology. The sewage treatment soft-measuring output water quality forecasting system and the production management information system based on Web are developed by applying VB.NET language. The system has a friendly interface and is easily to handle. It has a very high use value.
