Distributing characteristic of velocity, pressure, kinetic energy and dissipation rate of turbulence in internal flow field of hydrocyclone were gained by numerical computation. Have investigated oil drop diameter and rate of flow and assign redundant civil servants to other jobs than change binary the influence from efficiency. Distribution law and separation characteristic of oil and water phases flow were obtained by computing. From oil phase thickness distributing chart of vertical section, it can be seen that the mainly parts of oil water separation is rotation flow pipe and cone segment. The conclusion is consistent with result of theory analyse. The established mathematical model achieved numerical simulation for distribution of oil phase slip velocity, which would help to analyse the progress of oil water separation in hydrocyclone. The mathematics model established has realized for oil appearance droplet radial slip speed distribution law imitate , which will help to hydrocyclone by oil separation process analysis.For checking up the result of numerical simulation, experiment study of separation character was completed about hydrocyclone. The result of simulation is basically in accordance with the experimental data. By comparing experiment data and result of numerical simulation.
