| With the development of information technology and the formation of global market, modern manufacturing industry requires the higher speed of updating product as well as producing high quality products in the shortest possible time with minimum cost. In this situation, the application of the Machining Center is becoming more and more popular. So it is important to research into the process planning of the Machining Center. The work of this thesis has finished is stated as follows:1) After presenting the feature and development of the CAPP system, this thesis builds the frame of CAD/CAPP information integration based on AutoCAD through analyzing the part information.2)Through the research on the method of parts information description and storage in CAD system(mainly in the general AutoCAD system), this thesis summarizes the rules of parts information storage in CAD system, and further realizes the selection, identification, matching and utilization of the parts feature information in CAD system.3)Based on the analysis of the process characteristic about the box parts for the Machining Center, utilizing the existing knowledge about the process decision-making, this thesis establishes the matching rule-base of machining method with different features, explores the procedure problem of the optimization arithmetic for the Machining Center, builds a mathematics model and presents the process of realization.4)To the complication of the parts information, this thesis builds the correlative data structure of the part information through utilizing the technique of relation database.5)Adopting the technique of face object and database interface, this thesis realizes the modularization of the procedure, separates the main procedure from the database, achieves the intercommunication between the main procedure and the database, and accomplishes the development of the prototype system.This thesis is very important to utilize the manufacturing resource of enterprises... |
