| Presently, environmental impact assessments of nuclear facilities are related to a mass of environmental data and complicated physical model calculations. Nuclear facilities owners and environmental impact assessment institution have to pay much time and money for it. Actually, for minitype nuclear facilities, the quantity of radiological gaseous effluents under normal condition is very small and it impacts the environment little. We can use conservative models and less parameters to assess the environmental impact. Based on the characteristic of minitype nuclear facilities, conservative models and their parameters are founded in this paper which include simple model and basic model. Each conservative model includes atmospheric diffusion formula, nuclide concentration of food chain calculation formula and dose calculation formula. Parameters of these conservative models are less and their values are selected default values. These conservative models are also written to software. This software adopts module devise and uses Visual Basic 6.0 to exploit, it also uses Access2000 software to database exploit and manage. The data of each module is passed by data file. Whole software includes parameters input module, environmental nuclide concentration calculation module and dose calculation module. Calculation results are output by Excel format. Use this software and American's AIRDOS software to example's calculations and comparison. Through calculation and analysing, Individual annual efficient dose calculation result of Simple model is greatest, basic model's result is greater than AIRDOS software's. For minitype nuclear facilities or nuclear technique application item, when individual annual efficient dose calculation result of simple model or basic model is less than annual dose restrict value, simple model or basic model is fit to its radiation environmental assessment. Comparing with related model of AIRDOS software,the model of simple model and basic model are simpler,needed parameters are less,their results can reflect the change of individual annual efficient dose. So only input less parameters, relative conservative assessment result is acquired by this software. Application of this software not only saves ower's expense, but also saves report writer's time and can improve the technology of environmental impact assessment, predigest and criterion environmental impact assessment of this fields. |
