Combining the produce practice, it analyses the existing defectives of process equipments configuration for 1725mm Steckel Mill of Kunming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. On the basis of impact force theoretic calculations and considering the integration facts of process layout, investment and feasibilities, etc., it points out the improvement methods and analyses the comparison of the descale result before and after the improvement. It further expatiate allkinds of facts affecting the high pressure decasle result and corresponding resolving scheme. It also points out the scheme for improving the descale result and the process methods need to be pay attention.
