| In recent years, shortcut nitrification and denitrification is widely studied as a shortcutprocess to reduce the oxygen consumption during nitrification and improve the velocity ofthe biological process for nitrogen removal. In this paper, we made shortcut nitrificationand denitrification come true and intensified the microorganism by the link of immobilizedmicroorganism and biological nitrification and denitrification.This research studies the effect of temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen concentrationin nitrite accumulation on the biological zeolite. The best effect can be gotton under thesecondition as follow: DO:1~2mgL, pH:8.0~8.5, temperature at 30℃. Results show that atthis condition, 90% nitrite accumulation takes place, with 80% of ammonia removal.Shortcut denitrification taking nitrite acted as donors is effected by many environmentfactors, as follow: temperature, pH, concentration of nitric nitrogen,variety and concentra-tion of organic carbon source and so on. Results show that the best effect can be got underthese condition as follow: the mass concentration of NaNO2 at 2.5g/L, pH=8.0~8.5,temperature at 30℃, C/N=1.6.There is hardly not NO2--N in the water after 9 hours'reaction.For achieving and stabilizing shortcut nitrification and denitrification, application ofreal time control and condition control are applied in research. The rate of ammoniaremoval is over 80%, the content of nitrite arrived 159.1mg/L in effluent water. Throughthe reaction effect, we can conclude that ammonium oxidizer which is absorbed dominateson the zeolite and arrives the purpose of shortcut nitrification and denitrification. |
