| The Tahe oil field unite station takes the assignment of itself the oil metering , switched transiting, oil-gas-water separation ,cleanse ,heating ,out-covey and Treatment of Natural Gas and wastewater . Gathering and Transmission System is important process of the unite station. Its productive operation directs relates to quality of finished product crude oil and disposal effect of polluted water and economic benefit of crude production.The major problems exist in Tahe oil field No.1 unite station at present are : [1] sales profit of mesohyl crude oil and thick oil is low .[2] metering error of thick oil is big .[3] oil unloading station's fuel supply pump is unsteady in operation .These problems influence the production and operation of Gathering and Transmission System and enterprises economic benefit to some extent. Aiming at problems above , technical innovations are designed in this paper:[1] mixing process is added to Gathering and Transmission station , automatic mixing controlling two kinds of oil , sales profit of mixed crude oil improves availably .[2] taking advantage of empirical formula of metering error correction automatic correct metering data ,improving accuracy of thick oil metering .[3]adding variable frequency speed control to transfer pump of oil unloading station , figuring out problems of unsteady operation of fuel supply pump .In design of automatic controlling system of crude oil mixing process .technological process is changed ,and in DCS system , establishing PID loop control of crude oil mixing making use of 4-mation configure software. Using InTouch configure software in upper-computer ,which achieved crude oil flow parameters control and display .In automatic control system design of thick oil metering error correction, using InTouch configure software achieves modified formula automatic correction of thick oil metering error, improving accuracy of thick oil metering.In technical innovation plan of oil unloading station 's oil pump variable frequency speed control, installing, programming and commissioning frequency conversion control equipment ,which is put into service, achieving oil pump frequency speed control, improving stability of oil pump operation .Since the technical innovation has been put into application, it is proved by field productive operation, the technical innovation saves costs, improves working efficiency, applied effects is good .it is shown that Technical innovation plan is reasonable and possesses some extension and application values . |
