With the development of information, intelligence and network, NC engraving machine is widely used in various areas. NC engraving machine, based on the embedded system, is also rapidly developed in a great diversity of ways. With in-depth study of embedded system and NC engraving machine, the author porposes an overall scheme for NC engraving machine based on ARM, and as well, sets up a hardware platform based on S3C44B0X and a softfare platform based on uC/OS-Ⅱ.The motion control system based on ARM and FPGA is the System which is integrated with computer numerical control technolog, ARM, FPGA and Embedded OS and so on. The main target of the thesis is to design a flexible and open motion controller, which can work in comuter. It is a new essay to low-cost and high-powered three-axle motion control system. The primary mission is the design and the effectuation of the motion control system's soft system and hardware, alse it is the research of the motion control algorithmic.There are three aspect contents are the key of this thesis: the research on the hardware of the motion control system and the transplant of uC/OS-Ⅱoperation system in the ARM and the operation control algorithm when motion control system is handling at numerical control system. With modular design, practical softwar for system completes the task-management and scheduling and achieve the corresponding control functions based on uC/OS-Ⅱcontrol system. The control system is designed by module, which includes Human interface module, data processing mocule, motion control module, logic control module, assistant control module and servo control module.
