Open Numerical Control System In Cnc Shoe Last Machine Applied Research

With the great development of shoe-last making, the NC shoe-last carving machine has gradually been the most popular way to produce shoe-last. It was integrated that CNC. lathe structure technology and motor driver technology in this machine, of them CNC is the most important.Based on the project funded by Zhejiang Province Technology Foundation -"Development of Shoe Last CAD/CAM System and Shoe-last Carving Machine", this dissertation makes a deep research on development and application of open CNC system to Shoe-last Carving Machine. They are described as following: The circumstance of shoe-last making, numerical control technology and development ofNC Shoe-last Carving Machine were introduced. And main research direction was shownout. What is open architecture NC system and how it is going were generalized. After that.based on old NC system of our machine, some problems were brought out. Considering velocity and precision, some reasons for problems as above were listed outand analyzed in detail. In addition, combining with open NC system, the solving methodwas shown. The motion control card of Googel Tech was introduced in detail. Not only how to usethis card but also how to connect electric circuit was narrated. The design of NC application software for shoe-last carving machine was actualized. Therequirement of system was analyzed, at the same time the total structure was introducedwith some examples. In the end, the whole content of this dissertation was summarized and the prospect of NCsystem about Shoe-last Carving Machine was given.
