| Within the scope of whole world, the accident rate of construction industry is far higher than average level of other industries. Because of special construction process in mineral construction, there are many more severe problems caused by safety.This paper will analyze the formation mechanism of mine construction quality defect , and summary three stages of construction engineering: inducted quality defect stage , formed quality defect stage, action quality defect stage. Carried out detailed research and analysis on each periods On inducted quality defect stage propose control methods of preparation work pre-construction, investment control, previous safety work control. The three aspects must reasonable optimization and mutual coordination. On formed quality defect stage, summary the most three factors of determined construction quality defect—people (project responsibility main body) , engineering material and equipment, the methods of construction (priority is the person and engineering material), only previous supervise the three aspects mass , realize engineering quality of valid directing to guarantee construction quality; On action quality defect stage, observe mine construction quality and take relative measures to deal with ,for deep quality defects , according to concrete conditions take advanced non-destructive testing technology to test and induct data, carry out relative control methods of quality defect. Three stages have affected condition each other, have fixed a set of rational methods being united which can be in harmony between the triple. Finally, use it in the City of Fei cheng mining area mass quality checks station, and the research have been carried out the pragmatism and feasibility.The study on the analysis of quality defect and control methods in mine construction provide a good method to control the problem that constructive profession in the coal appearing, and has stronger practice significance and effect on society. |
