Bolt support is rapidly popularized on many mining areas.Its structure is constantly weeding through the old to bring forth the new.But it lacks a large amount of information to surrounding rock classification and fails to scientifically and rationally propose the models of utilizing these data theoretically,even worse, fails to well play the guidance function to the design of follow-up constructing and newly roadway,regardless of a few monitors on bolt-supported roadways.Therefore, with the premise that bolt supoport function mechanism hasn't been clearly interpreted at present,researching on the rational types of surrounding rock classification and setting up the System to Classify the Stability of Surrounding Rocks in Mining Roadway and Decide the Design of Bolt Support based on the combination of data mining,theory analysis and numerical simulation will be of great theoretical significance and practical value for popularizing bolt support methods and guaranteeing the safety of bolt-supported roadways.Moreover,problems related to numerous calculation of bolt support parameters,complex calculation processes,massive theoretical calculation and repeated proofreading,which are difficult for field engineers to master,can be solved.Based on large quantities of investigations on applications of mining experts on support and practice in Jiangzhuang coal mine, the auther accumulated lots of projects data and determined 15 categorised indexes of surroundings rock stability.By using BP neural network in Matlab7.0 to classify and identify the stability of surroundings rock,it enhances the model training speeds and distinguishes rate through the debugging and improvement repeatedly on the training network.Based on scientific classifications,it designed the bolt supporting and management function through Access,which provids the basic dataes and profiles,including roadway section parameters,geometric and mechanical parameters of bolt, bolt support arrangement with anchoring parameters,bolt support accessories,support materials consumption and bolt support sectional drawing.
