An pre-treatment technology is illustrated for refractory gold an d silver concentrates bearing arsenic.Meanwhile an synthetic recove ring technique for syanide tailing is explained.And then the thesis makes an systematical analysis and study for their functional mecha nism and process influence by factors varying.In the following the functional mechanism of how pre-treatmen t engineering factors including surfactants,grinding fineness,,pickli ng interval,pickling oxidation period and slurry density and etc.inf luence syanidation results is analyzed.Taking dilute nitric acid or li gnin yellow acid calcium(whose construction is characterized by p oly-polarity) as catalysts,a catalytic oxidation test is carried out un der the circumstance of 100 centi-degree,0.4MPa and pH~1.The thesis makes an experimental test on the influencing factor s on bio-oxidation pre-treatment technics.By means of oxidation fo r the selected bacteria and positive crossing matrix measures,the o ptimized tests are done to analyze influencing factors for oxidation process and finally certifies the following technical controlling para meters:grinding fineness above 90%,slurry density 14%—18%,ox idation temperature 40 degrees,and pH value of slurry 1.8.Mean while a small-scale condition test is done by means of Slime-iron s alts for waste-water bearing arsenic dealings.In the study part of synthetic flotation technique for syanide ta iling,the thesis makes a comprehensive analysis on reagent regime and flotation behaviors of Cu,Pb,Zn and sulphide on the basis of mineral grouping and characteristic studies.The resulted theories gu ide mineral experiments and a novel process technique is proposed: after the cyanide tailing is mixed by recycling water,Pb concentra te can be separated by adding ethyl thio carbamate(5 gram/ ton) a nd stirring for 10 minutes;and then mixed Cu&Zn concentrate can be extracted by adding hydrogen peroxide(9~10 kilogram/ton) and stirring for 30 minutes;finally Cu and Zn can be separated by ad ding sodium cyanide(3 kilogram/ton) and Zinc sulfate(10kilogram/ ton) following Cu&Zn concentrate being dehydrated.Considering the experiment of acquiring Cu and enrichment go ld & silver from copper concentrate by direct wet method,the auth or analyzes the course based on leaching and extracting foundationa l theory and figures out some conditions.During the leaching cours e,the optimized technical condition is 0.4 MPa,110 degrees,135~200 grams/liter acidity while the extracting course as 10-minute ext racting period and ph 1.2 acidity.On the basis of that a technique diagram suitable for industrial application is proposed.The study on new technique of efficient recycling use of refra ctory gold & silver concentrate can be applied in synthetic recyclin g use of refractory gold & silver concentrate and helps to realize c leaner production.What's more,the efforts shall make profound inf luence over national aims of building resource-saving and environm ent-friendly society.
