Water injection is a very important method for oil field development. It can supplement formation energy efficiently, and it plays an active role in enhancing oil recovery and ensurance of high production and stable yields of oil field.But water injection itself also consumes much energy. Water injection system consume so much power,about 33~36% in all oil field power consumption in our country. Power consumed by water injection system will rise sharply with comprehensive moisture content of oil field grows. So,energy saving of water injection system is of great significance for reducing oil field production costs.The trend of development of water injection system embodies the following two aspects mostly:(1) we pay more attention to the analysis of balance of the supply and demand macroscopically, and the current and long-term work condition to confirm the scale of construction; (2) we pay more attention to the study of raising the efficiency of the system, adopt many methods to reduce power consumption and to raise the efficiency. This article studies the water injection system of Henan shuanghe oil field in goal of energy saving:(1) Established node mathmatical model of water injection system power consumption. And analysed the affecting factors in power consumption of shuanghe multi-purpose station, station 23,16 augmented injection pumps in 13 metering stations and 180 water injection wells, reached conclusions of the influence of energy loss in various factors on the system, showed the direction for parameter optimization and process transformation.(2) Studied the operating condition of pumps in shuanghe multi-purpose station,proposed alteration advice. Studied the operating condition of augmented injection pumps, calculated the average pump efficiency. Analysed the status of water injection system and researched domestic and abroad literatures, proposed alteration advices.(3) Analysed the architecture of pipe network of water injection system in shuanghe oil field, calculated the pipe network efficiency, optimized part topology-structure and pipe diameter of water injection system pipe network.
