In the later stage of oilfield development,the increasing water content in the produced fluid leads to a decrease in oil well production efficiency and an increase in energy consumption.Therefore,oilfield production units take measures such as simplifying the gathering and transportation process,optimizing system operating process parameters,and improving heating furnace efficiency to reduce energy consumption in the gathering and transportation of oil and gas.This paper takes the high-water cut block S127 of Xinzhao Oilfield as the research object,and uses optimization theory,establishment of energy consumption prediction model,and field experiments to determine the direction of optimization and adjustment for the gathering and transportation system,water injection system,and process of the entire oil transfer station.Based on the principle of minimum investment and maximum benefit,and under the premise of meeting production requirements,reasonable production and operation parameters are determined,process flow is simplified,management difficulties are reduced,and production costs and operational energy consumption are reduced,achieving energy conservation and emission reduction in the gathering and transportation process during the high-water cut period and thus reducing the production cost of the oilfield.By studying the final optimization plan,the outside gathering and transportation system reduced the length of the gathering pipeline by 22.7 kilometers compared to the high-production period pipeline routing,reducing investment by 4.738million yuan,saving 11.3×10~4cubic meters of gas per year,and saving operating costs of175,000 yuan per year.At the same time,the process of the oil transfer station was optimized by canceling the open sedimentation tank and changing to a closed process,meeting environmental protection standards and reducing oil and gas losses,saving about 10.6 million yuan in investment.The process of the water supply system was also improved,avoiding the expansion of the S127 block water quality station,saving about 3 million yuan in investment.This research provides a certain guidance for the large-scale development of oilfields in the high-water cut period in the future.
