The performance and quality evaluation of perforating equipment have important influence on the life and productivity of oil and gas fields.The ultra-high pressure experimental system can effectively reflect the quality and perforation effect of perforating equipment in the ultra-high pressure downhole environment,provide technical support for the performance check of perforating equipment,and make great contribution to the improvement of the perforating technology level and the development of oilfield perforating business.Based on the background of actual engineering projects,this paper designs an experimental system that can simulate the underground ultra-high pressure environment and be used to test the performance of perforating equipment.This paper mainly studies the following contents:This paper introduces the research background and significance of this paper and summarizes the development status of the ultra-high pressure experimental system at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the main research content of this paper.The overall design scheme of the ultra-high pressure experimental system is put forward,and the technical requirements and system components of the ultra-high pressure experimental system are introduced respectively.In this paper,the key equipment to test the efficiency of perforating equipment,the ultra-high pressure autoclave,is designed.Then the mechanical analysis of the key structure of the ultra-high pressure autoclave is carried out,and the sealing design of the ultra-high pressure autoclave is carried out.Finally,the finite element analysis is carried out to ensure that the ultra-high pressure experiment can be carried out safely and reliably in the ultra-high pressure autoclave.A pressure control system is designed to provide ultra-high pressure to the hyperbaric autoclave,including two sets of ultra-high pressure power sources,well pressure loop,confining pressure loop,pore pressure loop and flow detection loop.At the same time,the pressure control elements of the whole experimental system are selected.This paper analyzes the pressure control principle of the ultra-high voltage experimental system,selects the relevant electrical components,designs the high-voltage power circuit and low-voltage control circuit respectively,and designs the overall pressure control process.Finally,a simple and feasible pressure control process and a beautiful and practical monitoring interface are designed.Based on the developed ultra-high pressure experimental system,a series of acceptance tests were carried out for the ultra-high pressure autoclave,such as pressure boost,pressure protection,pressure reduction and pressure differential detonation,etc.The working effect of the ultra-high pressure experimental system was verified by the experimental curves and data.
