In this thesis, dipping molded PVC was as the main studying object. Through thesimulation of migration of chloride ions from dipping molded PVC, the chloride ion inmolded PVC, phenol and phthalate (2-ethylhexyl) ester analysis test systems werestudied. And regular of migration of chloride ions was discussed. Which revealed thatneedle-like nano-calcium carbonate with surface modified as a doping can improve thechemical stability of PVC.The main contents are:1. The method is Mercury Thiocyanate Spectrophotometriy. The 0.05mol/L ofNaOH solution was the best extracting solution of chloride ion of the pieces of moldingPVC. The analytical linear range was 2.00- 30.0μg, R=0.99985. The regulation of themigration of chloride ions diffusion in water by quantitative test revealed that PVCstabilizer agent, used as the selective adsorption of chloride ions, can effectively controlthe migration of chloride diffusion; antioxidants of the batch formula was of neutral role;plasticizers and flame retardants were of promote role.2. With adding the modified needle-like nano-calcium carbonate the calcium caneffective restrain the migration of chloride ion from the PVC protective cap of coaxialRF connector cable. So it was to meet the purpose of avoiding metal surface corrosionof the coaxial RF connector.3. The analysis of trace phenol from residual in drinking water tube was studied. The detection limit of the spectrophotometry was 1μg/L, and the linear interval was2.0-24μg/L, R=0.9995. The result was that 8mL chlorine solution was moreappositeness to pure 4-aminoantipyrine; and the optimal amount of iodine oxidant was6mL.4. The method of SPE(solid phase extraction)-HPLC system was study. The linearranges of concentration of phenol and DEHP were 0.0500-2.00μg/mL and0.01120-0.1005μg/mL; the detection limitations were 0.01μg/mL and 2.240ng/mL, thecorrelation coefficients were 0.99995 and 0.9998 respectively.
