The most fundamental menstruum applied on industry is furfural and NMP,but the comparison of furfural and NMP solvent refining difference is based on refining condition and the physical property of refining oil at present mainly, the comparison about selectivity modulus P-an important parameter to be used to make judge about the superior or inferior for menstruum is not reported yet, therefore,the purpose about this problem is to attain some typical data by the menstruum extracting test, and acquire the fitting curve through the support from a mathematics, in addition,make the optimization and find the solution to get the best operating condition; furthermore, to ascertain the ideal component ultimately and nonideal component by the analysis about the compose of the race, thereby calculate out the selectivity modulus value of furfural and NMP solvent refining on the best condition in each, furtherly to confirm the superiority of NMP in terms of theory, and can provide the valuable reference for the responding theorical calculation in relation to selectivity modulus. In addition, because the calculation about the theorical tower board number is still estimated by the experience at presedent, and no one still shows any interest on the calculation, the extremely valuable scientific exploration on its calculation is carried out, and establishes a basis for the further theorical study.The thesis is only confined to do the experiment for the NMP solvent refining and make the calculation related to it.The research route of the thesis is:to take the subtraction four-wire distillate for the blend oil of the Shen north and Daqing as raw material, at first to examinate the time of extracting balance, and then to inspect the impact of the temperature, moisture content, the ratio of agent oil on the index of refining oil through the factor tests, then work out a scheme of orthogonality test, and build the fitting curve and ascertain the best handling condition;secondly, to make use of the experiment of a race compose analysis to ascertain the ideal component and the nonideal component, and calculate out the selectivity modulus value of NMP refining; at last to make the exploration and study for the calculation of the theorical board number.Main conclusion of the thesis as follows:In terms of the NMP refining of the subtraction four-wire distillate, the viscosity index of refining oil will be increased along with the increase of the ratio of agent oil as well as the rise of refining temperature and will be decreased along with the rise of moisture content; But the yield of refining oil will be decreased along with the increase of the ratio of agent oil as well as the rise of refining temperature and will be increased along with the rise of moisture content. Within the scope of the refining condition selected through tests, in order to meet the requirement of viscosity index≥95 and the largest yield,the best operating condition is as follows:the ratio of agent oil is 1.38 (m/m), the extraction temperature is 60.8℃, the moisture content is 2.1%. The yield of refining oil is 88.74%, the viscosity index is 1.4776 under the operating condition.In terms of the test, The saturated hydrocarbons and light aromatic is confirmed as the ideal components and the Intermediate aromatics as well as heavy aromatics and glial is confirmed as the non-ideal components.Based on the standard, the calculated value of selectivity modulusβis 28.35 on the best operating condition of NMP refining, but that of furfural refining is 20.04, which proves that NMP solvent has higher selectivity and advantage as refining solvent.The calculation method of the theorical board number is ascertained in this thesis, which establishes a basis for further calculation and theorical study. |
