Development Of Portable And Integration Analyzer For Fixed Facilitiesim Coal Mines

Fixed facilities in coal mines which include Hoist, Air Compressor, Pump and MineVentilation Fans, plays an important role on the mineral production. In order to ensure mineralproduction safety and equipment operation efficiently and economically. Through the nationalsecurity production industry standard AQ1011-2005, a portable and integration analyzer forfixed facilities in coal mines based on USB bus is development in this paper. Theexperimental for performance evaluation and experimental for field fault diagnosis of theMine Ventilation Fans are also completed.The research include:(1) Through analyze the main parameters and the vibration characteristics of fixedfacilities in coal mines, the methods for vibration signal processing is determined andsummarized in this paper.(2) In the basis of the field test requirements, as the hardware platfrom USB bus wasapplied in this paper, by comprehensive analysis the advantages and disadvantages of thevarious scheme.(3) For the multi-object and multi-parameter measurement requirements, this papercompleted the software development by using the multilevel optimization technique,object-orieneted moduar technology.(4) This paper completed the analysis on static characteristics, the experimental resultsshow that the instrument has excellent static characteristics.(5) Through the dynamic characteristics experiments, this paper completed the analysison dynamic characteristics, and gets the instrument frequency range and the mathematicalmodel which was validated correctness.(6) The field fault diagnosis for mine ventilation fans, verifies the feasibility of application in the field.Theoretical analysis and industrial field experiments show that the portable andintegration analyzer can satisfy testing requirements and can be used for field testing.
