A Study Of The Effect Of Pqs On The Content Of Gfap And S-100β In The Serum Of Cerebral Ischemia Rats

Objective:It was studied and explored further the mechanism of treatment that the protective effect of phenolic alkaloids from (PQS) on cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods:the rats with incomplete cerebral ischemia were induced with fishing line in the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). PQS by ELISA on serum GFAP, S-100βprotein expression,and to observe the PQS defect in nerve function before and after the treatment caused changes in behavior,by HE staining MCAO rats morphological changes,in order to determine PQS on the neuroprotective effect of cerebral ischemia.Results:PQS can improve the symptoms of neurological impairment, significantly reduce the pathological changes of cerebral ischemia,reduce GFAP and S-100βprotein in the serum.Conclusion:PQS had protecting effect on cerebral ischemia.
