The Research On Tcm Syndrome Distribution Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Objective:Through the epidemiological investigation and clinical studies of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,we preliminarily approach the TCM syndrome distribution of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation of TCM. Methods: On the basis of extensive literature review and combining with the clinical experts'advice,I designed "The questionnaire of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients'syndromes in TCM"and "TCM Syndrome Differentiation Standard of Hashimoto's thyroiditis ".With the method of epidemiological investigation,I collected the information of 120 cases of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients.I used SPSS 17.0 software to frequency analyze and cluster analyze,ect.And then I obtained the TCM syndrome distribution of these cases. Results: The TCM syndrome distribution of HT are:Phlegm and blood stasis(34 cases, accounting for 28.3%),Spleen and kidney-yang deficiency (31 cases,accounting for 25.8%),Liver depression and spleen deficiency (22 cases,accounting for 18.3%),Qi and Yin deficiency (20 cases, accounting for 16.7%).Conclusions:The most common TCM syndromes of Hashimoto's thyroiditis are:Phlegm and blood stasis, Spleen and kidney-yang deficiency, Liver depression and spleen deficiency and Qi and Yin deficiency; The most common symptoms and signs are cervical enlargement,thyroid mass Ren,anorexia, fatigue,dark purple tongue,the tongue pale,fat tongue with scalloped, thready pulse, wiry pulse,deep pulse.
