Combined Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Menopause Clinical Study Of Depression

Objective:Sex hormone therapy combined with sequential cycles Happy Decoction for perimenopausal depression effect.Method:60 patients with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into two groups:observation of 30 patients, sequential cycle with hormone therapy combined Happy Decoction treatment; control group of 30 patients, sequential cycle with hormone therapy. Observed two groups of patients improvement in symptoms, and endocrine hormones (FSH, LH, E2), monoamine neurotransmitters (5-HT, NE) and so on changes.Results:Treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 93.33% and 63.33%, a significant difference in efficacy (P<0.05). The observation group to improve the physical and psychological symptoms of patients were better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion:Sequential combined hormone therapy cycles Happy Decoction for perimenopausal depression and improve the effect of perimenopausal symptoms of depression were significantly better than the sequential cycle of hormone therapy.
