| Experimental study:Objective:To discuss the effects to acute intracerebral hemorrhage rats tumor necrosis factor, after taking Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji, SO as to provide the experimental base for the treatment in clinic. Methods:Randomly divided 60 rats into 6 groups, they are: Sham-operation control Group, Model Group, Small, Medium and Large Dose Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji Groups, An Gong Niu Hang Wan Group. Except Sham-operation control Group, the rats in other 5 groups are injected Collagenase on brains with brain solid positioner and build models, at the same time, the rats in Sham-operation control Group are injected normal saline。The contents of blood and brain tissue TNF-a were detected by radioimmunoassay. And the bleeding Brain tissue's histomorphology change was observed by HE staining. Results:LThe effect to blood TNF-a expression:Small dose group has no obvious improvement (P>0.05). Medium, large dose group better than small dose group (P<0.05),and the An Gong Niu Hang Wan group has the best effect (P<0.01).There are no obvious differences among medium, large dose group and Nimodipine group (P>0.05).2. The effect to brain tissue TNF-a expression:Small dose group has a little improvement (P<0.05), Medium, large dose group and An Gong Niu Hang Wan group have very good effect(P<0.01), and there are no obvious differences among medium, large dose group and An Gong Niu Hang Wan group (P>0.05). Conclusion:In the acute period of Intracerebral hemorrhage, Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji can obviously decrease TNF-αcontents.It has the effect of resisting inflammation, so as to lighten hydrocephalus, and protect nerve cell. Clinical research:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods:Randomly divided 72 patients into 2 groups, Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji Group and Xing Nao Jing Group. The two groups were given during treatment based on treatment when one group was given Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji and another one was given Xing Nao Jing. Observe the clinical effect of Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji in treating acute cerebral hemorrhage patients by way of comparing the degree of neurological deficit score and total capacity of the state of life score of the two groups before and after treatmen. Results:Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji group and Xing Nao Jing group both have obvious improvement (P<0.01), and there are no obvious differences among them. Conclusion:Tiao Qi Xi Feng He Ji has a clear effect on the improvement of stroke(cerebral hemorrhage) patients'neurological deficit. |
