As the beginning of many other new teaching devices, many problems emerged when Multi-media Technique were applied to Chinese classroom teaching. During their research and analysis into these problems, researchers always focus on the characters of multi-media and the property of Chinese courses, and draw their impartial conclusions that multi-media teaching has both advantages and disadvantages in Chinese teaching, and we should take the advantages and avoid weaknesses. These conclusions, in fact, are lack of practical guide to Chinese teaching. As a matter of fact, when we explore the problem in Chinese multi-media teaching, we are bound to find that the problem lies in the lack of accomplishment under multi-media teaching background. So we can say that a research into Chinese teacher's accomplishment has an extremely important role in improving present situation of Chinese multi-media teaching.Therefore, based on New Curriculum Standards and New Conceptions, by using literature research method, historical research method and Comparative Research Method, this study analyzed the new expectation and new requirements that Chinese courses have to teachers under the background of new curriculum reform. And it also proposed that under the background of new curriculum reform, in addition to the accomplishments required by traditional teaching, Chinese teachers should also improve four accomplishments:that is, theoretical quality, modern educational technology quality, Information Literacy and Aesthetic Attainment. Only by improving these four accomplishments can Chinese teachers adapt themselves to the requirement of new teaching methods and play a due role that multi-media teaching have in Chinese teaching.
