The Research Of The Ideological And Political Education Workers' Basic Qualities In New Situation

More than 30 years after reform and opening up. Our society is transforming from poverty to prosperity. However, at the same time new changes have taken place in our society. Various culture conflicts and idea comes up. China has made remarkable achievements in various fields such as the rapid economic development strengthen of people's democracy and livelihood which made people's minds, morals, knowledge and psychological change a lot, Ideological and political work is facing unprecedented challenges. The level of ideological and political education workers directly impacts the quality of their work. Therefore, study of the basic quality of ideological and political workers under new situation is very necessary.In the new historical situation, ideological and political education workers have to improve their own qualities continuously to adapt to the changing social environment. In this paper, we discuss the required qualities in the new time ideological and political education workers should possess in five aspects. The first part mainly discusses how ideological and political education workers continuously improve their own political quality in the new international and domestic context and to be the mainstream ideology of the voice. The second part demands that the ideological and political education workers to improve the moral quality of their own continuously and to do an advanced model of moral persons. The last section deals demands the ideological and political education workers to improve their own psychological qualities constantly, making the mass psychology of the guides. Facing to the challenges of the social transition, ideological and political workers have a long way to go. This article discusses the basic qualities the ideological and political education workers should have comprehensively. Only the ideological and political education workers improve their own qualities did they do the work well and ultimately provide intellectual ensure to the prosperity of our country.
