This dissertation is composed of two parts.Literature reviewThe first part reviewed the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinical research about Pelvic inflammatory disease. It consists of TCM Oral therapies, TCM external treatments, and Comprehensive treatments.Clinical researchObject iveThe aims of this research is to investigate clinical cases of professor Runsan Xu of treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and medical dialectical experiences of professor Runsan Xu of treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.MethodsClinical evaluations are made on 145 sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients who are treated by professor Runsan Xu. Then the "name of the old ancient cases of contemporary mining system" is used to analyze these information. In this way, the clinical and medical dialectical experiences can be foundResults1 syndrome distribution characteristics of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease: there are 145 patients who are treated by professor Runsan Xu. And the syndromes are blood stasis (83.77%), qi stagnation, damp-heat, qi deficiency, cold and so on.2 Syndrome epidemic characteristics of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease: symptoms of blood stasis are thin pulse, taut pulse, deep red tongue, deep pulse, menstruation with blood mass, lower abdominal swollen pain and so on; symptoms of qi stagnation are thin pulse, taut pulse, deep red tongue, deep pulse, dark tongue, lower abdominal swollen pain and so on; symptoms of damp-heat are thin pulse, taut pulse, dark tongue, yellow coating, red tongue, smooth pulse, plentiful leukorrhea and so on; symptoms of qi deficiency are thin pulse, deep red tongue, taut pulse, deep pulse, menstruation with blood mass and so on; symptoms of cold are thin pulse, deep red tongue, deep pulse, lower abdominal swollen pain and so on.3 Dialectical drug:professor Runsan Xu often use these prescriptions treat sequelae of pelvic inf lamma tory disease, such as Cinnamon Twig and Por ia Pi1ls (34.42%),Treat ing Cold Limbs Decoct ion (33.12%),Decoction of Astragalus for Strengthening the Middle (4.87%),Ma jor Bupleurum Decoct ion (4.55%),Coix Seed, Aconi te Root and Patrinia Powder (3.90%). 4 Medication to add and subtract:If the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with gastrectasia, professor Runsan Xu use Sha Ren,Sheng Bai Zhu,Da Huang. Ban Xia treat them. If the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with dry stool, professor Runsan Xu use Hang Qin,Da Huang,Tao Ren,Zhi Shi treat them. If the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with diarrhea, professor Runsan Xu use Bai Zhu treat them. If the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease patients with insomnia, professor Runsan Xu use Ye Jiao Teng,Yu Jin treat them.ConclusionsAfter the analysis, we find the clinical and medical dialectical experiences of professor Runsan Xu of treat sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease. Due to the short of time and lack of data materials, the research is not considerately comprehensive and meticulous. Therefore, more related study about the treatment of patients should be taken.
