1.Objective Different treatments were observed in community medical institutions to understand the influence of pregnancy outcomes in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae: discuss in pregnancy patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of grassroots plan the best treatment plan,provide theoretical basis for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.2.Method2.1 Treatment of source object: gather in the community health service centers in January 2015 to March 2016 pregnant examination found that treatment in hefei cancer hospital,Chinese academy of sciences,community health service center of the pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of traditional Chinese medicine classification for dampness heat and blood stasis resistance,66 cases of patients.2.2 Clinical treatment plan design: according to the proportion of 66 cases were randomly divided into three groups,namely A and B and C group with 22 cases respectively.Group A were treated by Jingangteng capsules + microwave +levofloxacin capsule;group B were treated by Fukeqianjin capsules + microwave +levofloxacin capsule;and group C were treated by microwave + levofloxacin capsule.Each group to evaluate treatment effect after 2 courses of treatment,observed 3 months after treatment group A and group B,C of three groups of patients before and after the symptoms,signs,pelvic inflammatory mass and presence of recurrence,whether pregnancy: 6 months and 12 months after treatment,respectively whether the presence of recurrence and pregnancy follow-up.3.Result3.1 Signs and symptoms: the patients with pelvic pain eased,vaginal secretions,fu check pelvic tenderness and adhesion.A group of 22 cases of 8 cases of recovery,recovery rate is 36.36%,13 cases had marked effect,show the efficiency of 59.09%,1case effectively,effective rate was 4.54%;B group of 22 cases recovered in 7 cases,cure rate 31.81%,13 cases had marked effect,show the efficiency of 59.09%,effective in 2 cases,the effective rate was 9.09%;Group C 22 cases recovered in 2 cases,cure rate 9.09%,12 cases had marked effect,effective rate was 54.54%,effective 8 cases,the effective rate was 36.36%.Integrated the figures is not hard to find in group A and group B in the symptoms and signs to change shows no significant difference(P >0.05),and C group had obvious difference(P < 0.05).3.2 Pregnancies: group A,B and group C suggest contraceptives contraceptive 3months after treatment,so the number of follow-up of 3 months after treatment the pregnancy are 0 cases,there is no recurrence.6 months after treatment followed A group of 3 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate 13.63%;Group B had 4 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 18.18%;Group C has 3 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate of 13.63%,each group had no recurrence of cases.After 12 months after treatment 1 year follow-up found in group A had gestational 19 cases,the pregnancy rate of 86.36%,no recurrence cases;Group B has conceived(19 cases),pregnancy rate was 86.36%,no recurrence cases;Group C has 14 cases of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate of 63.63%,and there are 2 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was9.09%.Group A and group B than in group C pregnancy rate increased significantly,and there were significant differences(P < 0.05).4 Conclusion4.1 Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae curative effect is positive,on the prevention of disease relapse also have certain effect.4.2 In terms of pregnancies with group A and group B pregnancy rate higher than group C.4.3 Group B is the highest pregnancy rates after six months of follow-up.Compound preparations may be more conducive to pregnancy.
