Clinical Observation Of The Two Minimally Invasive Surgery For Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids

Purpose:Search for the concept under the guidance of minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhoids, Electrochemical treatment of copper ions compared with Xiaozhiling injection treatment of internal hemorrhoids. To minimally invasive painless hemorrhoid treatment while protecting the purpose of anal cushion Material and method:Double Hill Hospital in Anshan City of Hemorrhoids Anorectal 60 patients hospitalized, 30 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients. Copper electrochemical treatment group therapy, control group Xiaozhiling injection Before and after treatment were observed conditions related symptoms score, the use of SPSS18.0 statistical software for analysis.Results:1. treatment group and control group no significant difference in clinical efficacy (P> O. 05). 2. The change in pain scores before surgery no significant difference between the two groups of pain (P> 0.05), the first day after the third day of the treatment group compared with the control group pain scores were significantly different (P <0.05).3 . hemorrhage treatment groups were compared the hemostatic effects of postoperative bleeding compared with the control group there was significant difference (P <0.05).4.anus to relieve swelling of the anal verge treatment group swelling compared with the control group significantly (P <0.05).5.The two groups in terms of anal stenosis there was no significant difference (P >0.05).6. Comparison of Health Economics. The average hospital stay time was not significantly different (P> 0.05), hospitalization costs and recovery time were significantly different, the high cost of copper ion in group hospitalization, but the return to work faster than Xiaozhiling group (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Electrochemical treatment of copper ions and Xiaozhiling injection treatment of internal hemorrhoids generally similar in efficacy between the two.2.Ectrochemical treatment of copper ions than Xiaozhiling postoperative pain and less pain, less bleeding, swelling and light anus rapid recovery.
