| Purpose:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiexin Xiaopi decoction for treatment of functional dyspepsia with cold-heat complex syndrome,and its regulatory role in visceral sensibility and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP).Method:According to western medicine functional dyspepsia RomeⅢstandard and TCM symptoms,we select 63 FD patients from Jun 6th,2010 to Feb 2nd,2011 who meet the standard in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into two groups.42 patients were treated Xiexin Xiaopi decoction as the treatment group,and 21 patients were given placebo as the control.The course of both treatment is 4 weeks.Observing and comparing the changes of integral of TCM symptom before and after treatment by water load test combined with type-Bultrasonic and VIP concentration in plasma observation. We observe the regulating effects of Xiexin Xiaopi decoction on FD patients'visceral sensibility and gastrointestinal hormone with cold-heat complex syndrome.We come to a conclusion through statistical analysis on SPSS13.0.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex ratio,age and course of disease between two groups (P>0.05).2.Comparation of integral of TCM symptom:treatment group: pretherapy,24.04±5.32;post-treatment,11.23±4.92.Control group: pretherapy,23.52±5.21;post-treatment,20.88±5.72.Treatment group is superior to control group,there is statistic difference(P<0.01).Comparations of single symptom:treatment group is better in the following 5 symptoms,that is gastric or abdominal fullness and distention,loss of appetite,belching and hiccup,bitter taste and dry throat, epigastric upset(P<0.01).Curative rate in treatment group is 90.24%,31.58% in control group,treatment group is better (P<0.01).3.Comparation of visceral sensitivity:through water load test combined with type-B ultrasonic,there are 17 patients in treatment group,7 patients in control group) have abnormal visceral sensitivity.12 patients in treatment group have obvious improvement,effective rate is 70.6%;the control group only have one,effective rate is 14.3% (P<0.05).Treatment group: FD patients'threshold volume (TV),stomach proximal end threshold volume (SPTV),satiety volume (SV) and stomach proximal end satiety volume (SPTV)are 435±60.1,121±10.3,789±72.4,325±14.5 before treatment;516±34.2,148±11.1,973±76.3,387±18.9 after treatment.Control group: 427±59.8,119±12.1,771±89.6,329±16.5 before treatment;438±59.3,124±8.9,779±96.4,335±17.0 after treatment.There are statistic differences between two groups(P<0.01).4.Comparation of VIP in plasma: treatment group: 22.12±3.97 before treatment;17.03±4.12 after treatment.Control group: 22.12±3.97 beforetreatment;17.03±4.12 after treatment.Treatment group is better,and there are statistic differences between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiexin Xiaopi decoction can obviously improve clinical symptoms of FD patients with cold-heat complex syndrome,regulate the visceral sensitivity and lower the concentration of VIP in plasma,with no adverse effects. |
