Clinical Study On Qingwenzhitong Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia Epigasstricpain Syndrome (Cold And Heat Mixed Type)

Objective:The purpose of t~Ahi~bs s~st~tud~ry~a is~c t~to observe the treatment of functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome with Qingwen Zhitong decoction.Clinical efficacy and safety of mixed syndrome of cold and heat,and evaluate the long-term effect of Qingwen Zhitong decoction in the treatment of the disease,and provide clinical basis for Qingwen Zhitong decoction in the treatment of cold-heat mixed functional dyspepsia with epigastric pain syndrome.Methods:80 patients from the Department of Spleen and Stomach of Mianyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and a treatment group(n=40).The control group was taken orally with lansoprazole enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group was treated with oral Qingwen Zhitong decoction.The course of treatment of both groups was 4 weeks.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups before treatment,during treatment(2 weeks)and after treatment(4 weeks)were compared,and their safety was observed.Observe the long-term curative effect 4weeks and 16 weeks after the end of the treatment course,SPSS 21.0 was used to analyze the data and draw a conclusion.Results:1.Comparison of TCM symptom scores after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment:the total scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the overall improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group;In terms of single symptoms,the main symptoms such as epigastric pain and epigastric burning sensation were improved in both groups,while the secondary symptoms such as anorexia,nausea and vomiting,noise and loose stool were improved in both groups,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).But in improving bowel symptoms,the two groups were similar(P>0.05).2.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment and follow-up:After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 97.4%,and that in the control group was 78.4%;the overall curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the follow-up 4 weeks after drug withdrawal,the total effective rate and recurrence rate were 92.11%and 5.41%in the treatment group and62.16%and 20.69%in the control group,respectively.After 16 weeks of drug withdrawal,the total effective rate of the two groups was 92.11%and 59.46%respectively.The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 5.41%and 24.14%,respectively.The long-term curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Safety observation:in the course of the trial,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and there were no obvious abnormalities in laboratory indexes and ECG after treatment.Conclusion:Qingwen Zhitong decoction has considerable efficacy in improving the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia epigastric pain syndrome(cold-heat mismatch syndrome).It has low recurrence and high safety,so it is worthy of further clinical application.
