Objective: To study the mechanism of Professor Hou Jianghong in treating infantile indigestion of heat syndrome experience "Xiaoji Granule",to explore the effect of Xiaoji Granule on dyspepsia of heat syndrome model mice of ghrelin and vasoactive peptide.Methods: A total of 50 healthy male Kunming mice of SPF that 4 weeks of ages were selected.Including male and female half and half,weighing(20±2)g,and male and female cages were fed for 3 days.And then randomly divided into 4 groups,including male and female half and half,respectively,14 rats in the normal group,model group,12 rats of Qingrehuazhi granule control group 12,Xiaoji granule group 12.Normal group fed with normal diet.After 3 groups of mice with special feed,feed by special flour,flour,milk,dried fish floss 1: 2: 1: 1 powder according to the proportion.Then intraperitoneal injection of atropine hydrochloride by modeling,continuous modeling for 6 days.The general conditions of the mice and the temperature,weight,diet and drinking water of each group were observed and recorded every day.And seventh days to complete the model.Mice irritability,abdominal distension,dry stool,dark yellow fur and other symptoms,and body weight increased slowly,rectal temperature increased,eat less,water consumption increased,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting that the model was successful.After injecting gavage treatment,with dosage was 0.2ml/10 g,Xiaoji granule group and Qingrehuazhi granule group were given Xiaoji granule suspension and Qingrehuazhi granule suspension gavage,normal saline group and model group were given equal volume of gastric lavage.After 1 weeks of treatment were collected.Blood the mouse eyeball blood,determination of ghrelin and vasoactive peptide in serum.The experimental data were processed by SPSS19.0 statistical software package,and the single factor analysis of variance was used in the experimental group,and there was significant difference in P<0.05.Results: Before the model was established,there were no significant differences in the anal temperature,body weight,food intake and water intake of each group.In the modeling process,model mice appear to get together,irritability,irritability and other symptoms,7 days after modeling in the model group were eye secretions,dark fur,red tongue,yellow urine,dry stool,rectal temperature,body weight increased slowly,reducing food intake,water intake increased significantly the difference(P<0.05),proved successful model.The drug intervention for 7 days,compared with the model group,Xiaoji granule group,Qingrehuazhi granule group were lower rectal temperature and weight growth,diet is more,drinking less,there was significant difference(P<0.05),and the curative effect is better than that of the Xiaoji granule of Qingrehuazhi granule,there was significant the difference(P<0.05).The after treatment,compared with model control group,Xiaoji granule group,Qingrehuazhi granule group serum ghrelin content,vasoactive peptide content was low,there was significant difference(P<0.05).And the Xiaoji granule is more effective than Qingrehuazhi granule,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The pathogenesis of heat syndrome and indigestion in serum ghrelin levels decreased,increased the content of vasoactive peptides.The Xiaoji granule could increase serum ghrelin and reduce the content of vasoactive peptide in serum of mice,to treat dyspepsia mice heat syndrome model.
