The Clinical Observation About Self-made Acupoint Application Plus Bao Gong Zhixue Granules Treatment Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Intermenstrual Bleeding

Purpose: The clinical curative effect of intermenstrual bleeding observation of acupoint application combined with Bao Gong Zhixue Granule oral treatment caused by the kidney yin deficiency,and to explore the treatment of Acupoint Application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of the mechanism of bleeding between the objective evaluation of the treatment of the efficacy and safety of interval hemorrhage,thus developed a treatment of intermenstrual bleeding effective clinical treatment.Method:According to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine diagnostic criteria and inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected with kidney yin deficiency of intermenstrual bleeding,using the method of randomized,divided into treatment group and control group,respectively 36 cases,treatment group was treated by acupoint sticking post,every 2 hours,1 times a day,a paste paste treatment at the same time oral Bao Gong Zhixue granules.The control group were only given oral Bao Gong Zhixue Granule orally,15 g,2times a day,boiling water.The two groups of patients before and after treatment,the total efficacy,hemostatic effect and the improvement of TCM syndrome score,and then evaluate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of intermittent bleeding.Result: All the 72 patients completed the experiment without any side effects.Before the treatment the treatment group and the control of age,course of disease,TCM syndrome total score,bleeding score and TCM syndrome score group(P > 0.05)there were no significant differences;36 cases in the treatment group before treatment,TCM syndrome total score was13.42 + 2.42;the control group 36 cases before the treatment of TCM syndrome total score was 12.61 + 2.31.36 cases in the observation group,after the treatment of TCM syndrome total score was 2.25 + 2.77;control group 36 cases.The treatment of TCM syndrome total score was 4.78 + 3.74,through the analysis of TCM syndrome integral control group symptom improvement than the control group;the total effect of TCM treatment group total effective rate was 88.9%;the control group in 36 cases,the total effective rate was 77.8%,difference after treatment(P < 0.05)were statistically significant,so after a comprehensive analysis,the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the experimental results prove that traditionalChinese medicine acupoint application combined with oral Bao Gong Zhixue Granule on intermenstrual bleeding(kidney yin deficiency)the curative effect is more obvious,especially in the improvement of TCM Syndromes of bleeding,bleeding time,Yaoxisuanruan,five upset hot and tinnitus etc.,in the process of treatment,adverse reactions were not found in patients,the clinical safety of this drug.
