Dub Granule Treatment Of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding In Experimental Research

The experiment was conducted for studying the action mechanism of the Gongxueling Granulae to treat Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding, a traditional Chinese medicine compound. The affection of the Granulae on the uterus of big rats was observed; the bleeding and coagulation time of small rats was checked by cutting-tail and glass-slice methods; the anti-inflammation action of the Granulae was also observed by dimethylbenzene-stimulating; the action on uterus and ovary of rats was estimated after continuing giving drug.Experimental results show that Gongxuening Granulae can increase the frequency and range of uterine-contracting significantly by improve uterine- contracting-strength; reduce bleeding time and coagulation time; anti-inflammation;The results indicate that the action mechanism of the Granulae as follows:1.Improve contracting-strength of the uterus, promote the closing process of the ruptured artery in endometrium;2.Cut down bleeding-time and coagulation-time, improve endometrium blood- coagulation mechanism and so speed up the end of helix-artery coagulating process.3.Resist inflammation, improve the state of hyperemia and edema in favor of endometrium rehabilitation;...
