The Compound Zhigancao Particle Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Premature Ventricular Contractions Clinical Observation

With the development of living level and the alteration of life style, the morbidity of coronary heart disease (CHD) tends to be increasing in China. And cardiac arrhythmia is a usually seen disease. How to prevent and cure CHD and ventricular premature beat (VBP) with Chinese medicine (CM) has become a popular focus.Two parts in the thesis: document reviews and clinical research.Document review: In this part, opinions of ancient CM in the etiology, pathogenesis, differentiation and treatment of VBP are discussed, including the review of therapies and experiment researches of the past 10 years. Moreover, the medical management of VBP are summarized in this part.Clinical research: 40 patients of VBP belonged to deficiency of both qi and blood type were divided into FuFangZhiGanCaoKeLi (FFZGCKL) group and WenXinKeLi group. FFZGCKL group is the treat group and another is the control one. A randomized double-blind-double-imitate-control parallel method is used in this research. Result: Compared with the WenXinKeLi group, the FFZGCKL group haas the same effects in the VBP level and sum decrease, but has significant effects (P<0.05) in symptom recission. It suggests that "nourish qi and blood method" is one of the most effective methods to cure palpilation.
