Purpose: The Yangxin Decoction improved ventricular premature beat(Qi deficiency)to observe the clinical symptoms and indexes of Yangxin Decoction,definite therapeutic effect on this disease,and to make an objective evaluation of its effectiveness.Method:72 cases of ventricular premature beat patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=36),given Yangxin Decoction(Radix Codonopsis 25 g,Astragalus 25 g,angelica 20 g,Chuanxiong 15 g,matrine 25 g,Coptis chinensis 15 g,cinnamon 10 g,cicada slough25 g,Amethyst25g,Jiang Banxia 15 g,Fuling15g,Polygala root 15 g,Semen zizyphi spinosae 15 g,dragonbones 30 g,Concha ostreae30 g,Gansong20g,licorice15g),2 times a day,and Betaloc(AstraZeneca,tablet,47.5mg per tablet),1 time a day;the control group(n=36),with metoprolol g(AstraZeneca,tablets,47.5mg per tablet),1 time a day.The two groups were treated with the same basic treatment,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses of treatment for 1 weeks.Pay attention to the two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome score,ECG,dynamic ECG changes,and make statistical analysis.Result:Changes in TCM syndrome,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P< 0.05);the treatment group for premature ventricular contraction was better than the control group(P<0.05),the two groups could significantly reduce the frequency of ventricular premature(P < 0.01),according to the comparison between the treatment group in reducing the number of ventricular premature better than the control group(P < 0.05);between the two groups in the heart palpitations,chest tightness,insomnia,fatigue,shortness of breath and other symptoms,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05),while for the lazy words,forgetfulness,sweating,no significant differences between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Yangxin Decoction can significantly improve ventricular premature beat(Qi and blood deficiency)clinical symptoms,reduce the frequency of contractions,on ventricular premature beat(Qi and blood deficiency)has a good effect of ease.And the application of Yangxin Decoction has no adverse reaction,no obvious side effect,safe and reliable,it is worthy of popularization and application,for the traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic room premature(Qi and blood deficiency)provide a basis for.
