Clinical Study On Bushen Shujin Decoction In The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation (Heart And Kidney Deficiency And Yang Deficiency Type)

Objective:discuss kidney and tendons soup for(lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion kindey partial Yang deficiency type)in patients with clinical efficacy.Method:60 cases from December 2015 to 2017 01 hospitalized disc herniation(partial deficiency of liver and kidney yang deficiency type)were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was given Bushen Shujin decoction,the control group was given pain tablets in the treatment of the 2groups were treated for 4 weeks and respectively before treatment after 4 weeks of treatment,observation,using TCM symptom score,JOA standard for evaluation table on the signs and symptoms improvement score,efficacy and safety to evaluate the effect of Bushen Shujin decoction.Results:1,the JOA score: 4 weeks after the treatment group comparison: P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,after treatment between the two groups: P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group than the control group.2,TCM symptom score: after 4 weeks of treatment group comparison:P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the two drugs can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with.3,4 weeks after the treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%,control group total effective rate was 86.70%,with significant differences(P<0.05),the results showed that the two groups were effective,and the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion:Through the observation of Bushen Shujin decoction has warming liver and kidney,gluten bone health,Tongluozhitong effect,can significantly improve the lumbar disc herniation(partial deficiency of liver and kidney yang deficiency type)in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of TCM syndrome and disease,the overall curative effect,safety and its curative effect,and has certain clinical value and it is worthy of popularization and application.
