The Bupleurum Only Blood Treatment Set Iud Caused By Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Mechanism Of Action

Objective: to research the mechanism of the "Chaihuzhixue" fluid treating the metrorrhagia caused by inserting of the intrauterine device in liver-depressed women.Method: wear cangue on female rat's neck to duplicate liver-depressed animal model, then insert self-made CU-IUD in its uterus to make liver-depressed and IUD-inserted model. All the rats for the experiment were divided into 10 groups: the normal group, the pseudo-operative group, the liver-depressed model group, the IUD-inserted model group, the liver-depressed and IUD-inserted model group, the Ibuprofen control group, the "xiaoyao" pill control group and the "Chaihuzhixue" fluid groups of high, media and low doses with each group having 8 rats. The influences that the "Chaihuzhixue" fluid had on the whole blood viscosity of hemorheology as well as the NO, NOs and iNOs concentration in the tissues of endometrium were observed after 7 days of gastric perfusion of all the rats.Results: the "Chaihuzhixue" fluid can lower the abnormally elevated whole blood viscosity of female rats with liver-depressed and IUD-inserted model, also can significantly lower the NO, NOs and iNOs concentration of those rats. Conclusion: the "Chaihuzhixue" fluid can ameliorate the whole blood viscosity of female rats of liver-depressed and IUD-inserted model, also can lower their local NO and NOs concentration of uterus, that treat metrorrhagia caused by inserting of the intrauterine device in liver-depressed women.
