We apply scientific means and theory to this study and regular the manipulating ways, so as to make the Puncturing from Zhibian to Shuidao (PZS) method mature in the treatment of NBP and PD and introduce it to society.Methods: The 60 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group by random. The treatment group adopts PZS method and the control group adopts Chinese herbal Zuoyu' means which is generally accepted. When courses end, observing the curative effect of two kind of treatment, the liquid of EPS, and the grade of symptom of illness and living quantity.Results: 1. Analyzed by Ridit, the two groups have to show the difference in the total curative effect. That is to say that the treatment group is better than the control group. 2. The reducing of white cells in the liquid of EPS isn' t different in these two groups. the increasing of lecithin in the liquid of EPS is different in these two groups. The effect of the treatment group surpasses the control group. 3. As to the amelioration of grade of symptom and living Quantity, the effect of treatment group surpasses the control one. 4. The side effective isn' t discovered in the PZS method.Conclusion: By the systematical research, we can conclude that the PZS method has a better availability in some aspects, at the same time this method has some characteristic such as regular manipulations, good effects and safety, so the method is worth popularizing.
