The Ginseng Compatibility Angelica Chemical In Mice Bone Marrow Suppression, Immunosuppression, The Preventive Effect And The Best Ratio Of Compatibility Screening

Objective : To find out the best combined ratio of ginseng and angelica ' s protective effect on marrow and immune system from the inhibition induced by cytoxan, and to study the mechanism of the two herb' s effect on merrow hematopoietic cell, through measuring the quantity of white blood cell , the changing rate of lymphocyte and the enclosing rate, with homogenous design.Method : The white blood cell was counted; Under microscope, Observe the changing of lymphocyte with injecting the PHA under the skin , and calculate the enclosing rate with injecting the chicken red blood cell into abdominal cavity ; staining the vertebra marrow with HGF, and staining the thighbone marrow withGiemsa-Wright , observe the change of marrow.Result : The shows that positive control group , ginseng and angelica combined group can improve the lack of alertness and activities , the lack of shinning of far and reducement of diet and weight enclosing rate, whose wbc's quantity were increased, the degree of differentiation of marrow infanitility cell was improved. It differs with model group remarkably and especially the ginseng and angelica combined group at the ratio of 1:2 which was dealed with stepwise regression.Conclusion : Combined ginseng and angelica has the improve effect on mice's marrow inhibition and immunosuppression induced by cytoxan. It is the best combined ratio of 1 to 2 between ginseng and angelica to improve the immunity function and hematopoiesis. It is presumed that it is just the best ratio reinforcing Qi and nourish the blood.
