| Objective: To observe the compatibility of Ginseng and Chinese Angelica on treating the Blood stasis syndrome induced by the adrenaline on the aspects of hemorrheology, plasm endothelin in rats model. Furtherly exploring the functional mechanism of these two drugs on treating the blood stasis syndrome and the material basis and the drugs' biological mechanism of the function that "removing the blood stasis". Finding out the optimal dosage ratio of the drugs and providing the scientific proof to the treatment of blood stasis syndrome in clinic.Method: Sixty-four Wistar male rats were used and eight groups were divided randomly. Weight: 280 30g. Each group had eight rats. Control group: every rat was perfussed with distilled water 10ml/kg. Model group: every rat was perfussed with distilled water 10ml/kg. Xuefu Zhuyu Pills group: every rat was perfussed with Xuefu Zhuyu Pills that was equal to the quantity of man's equivalent dosage. Ginseng and Chinese Angelica group: every rat was perfussed with Ginseng and Chinese Angelica that was divided into five groups as the quantity of man's equivalent dosage for 7 days. At the seventh day, all the animals (except the rats of the control group) were injected with adrenaline injection (Adr. per /0.2ml) every four hours, putting rats into the ice water for five minutes at two hours after the first injection. So the next day, the model of rat's blood stasis syndrome is established. Then observing the change of plasm endothelin and hemorheology. Results: To be compared with control group, the model group rats' blood viscosity and the amount of plasm endothelin increased obviously (P<0.05) . It indicates the acute rats model of blood stasis syndrome had been established successfully. To be compared with the model group, the experimental group rats' blood viscosity and the amount of plasm endothelin decreased greatly (P<0.05 ) .It interprets the Ginseng and Chinese Angelica drugs and XUFUZHUYU pills both have the function of removing the blood stasis. It has no significance in statistics. (P>0.05) (see table 2.3).Inputting the data into the computer, the optimal dosage ratio of the two drugs is 0.1152: 0.54 1: 5.Conclusions: The compatibility of Ginseng and Chinese Angelica can avoid the blood viscosity in blood stasis syndrome model rats effectively and decrease the amount of the plasm endothelin in blood stasis syndrome model rats. The optimal dosage ratio of the two drugs in preventing and treating the bolld stasis syndrome is 0.1152: G.54 1: 5. |
