| Objective: To sum up the data about the main symptom and location of back-shu of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang in the medical literature from ancient to modern and calculate the frequency to conclude the high -frequency symptom of back-shu. Methods: Searched 703 ancient books about acupuncture of Qing dynasty and before, 200 books involving the concerned matter are included, and the articles published on Chinese medical magazines, about 900 articles recording the main symptom of back-shu of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang are included. Built a data-base, input the literature data and counted the appearance frequency of the main symptom, then concluded five common-used symptom of these points. Results: Collected the literature about the byname, location, acupuncture and moxibustion method and main symptom of back-shu detailedly. Built a data-base that all about the back-shu of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang can be checked. Conclusion: Through summing up and analyzing ancient and modern literature, we summarized high -frequency symptoms of back-shu of the Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang. |
