Joint Bone Phosphine Of Yishenhuoxue Square Treatment Of Bone Metastases In Cancer Clinical Research

A series of study on metastatic carcinoma of bone were conducted, following the theories of TCM and clinical practice.In theory, insufficiency of kidney is the intrinsic factor of the occurrence of this disease. Its basic pathogenesis is the deficiency of kidney and the stagnation of blood. Therefore, the therapeutic principles for metastatic carcinoma of bone is supplementing kidney, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis. Based on it, the Yi Shen Huo Xue Decotion is built.On the clinic, 35 cases of bone metastasis patients were randomly divided into therapy group(Chinese herbs combined with Disodium Clodronate injection) and control group(Disodium Clodronate injection alone). There is no significant difference in objective curative effect between the two groups. The therapy group is superior to control group to improving clinical syndrome, decreasing Ca²⁺ tites, rising life quality.Outcome showed that Yi Shen Huo Xue Decotion combined with Disodium Clodronate injection is an effective method in treating metastatic carcinoma of bone. Not only has the superiority of this kind of TCM method been proved,but also has early preparation done to manufacture pharmaceutics of the traditional Chinese medicine.
